MissionPima County Flood Control District is a regional agency whose mission is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Pima County residents by providing comprehensive flood protection programs and floodplain management services. For floodplain information and floodplain use permits within unincorporated Pima County, the Floodplain Management customer service counter is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. We are located downtown at 97 E. Congress St., Third Floor. Some floodplain information is available at the Floodplain Management web page. You can also reach the customer service counter at (520) 243-1800 if you have any floodplain management questions or customer service needs.
NOTE: Specific questions about flood status and/or the regulatory status of a wash cannot be answered via e-mail or over the phone. Please visit our office with this type of question. Other detailed questions may also require you to visit our office, where we may more accurately serve you with the wide array of resources at our disposal.
