The FEMA Flood Insurance Study (FIS) contains information about historic flooding in Pima County (Volume 1), as well as the background data that goes into creating the FIRMs, such as Floodway Data Tables (Volume 2) and the Floodway Profiles (Volume 3, Volume 4 and Volume 5).
