Ordinance Revision Update!

The revised Ordinance was approved in a 5-0 vote by the Pima County Board of Supervisors acting as the Board of Directors for the Pima County Flood Control District on May 4, 2010. The Ordinance became effective June 3, 2010. There are two versions of the final version available for review. The recorded, underline-strikeout version of Ordinance 2010 FC5 (PDF format) indicates the changes made to FEHMO 2005-FC2 (in red). The clean version of Ordinance 2010 FC5 (PDF format) does not have the mark-ups showing the changes made and is an easier to read version of the complete language of the Ordinance. Please go to the Revision of Floodplain Management Ordinance 2005-FC2 page to obtain more information about the revisions and revision process.
